Not only is the economy still recovering from the global Covid-19 pandemic, but it is also grappling with a number of dynamic market shifts triggered by, among other things, the armed conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Not only did the warfare have an inflationary impact, but it also put companies in a situation of lack of markets and exponentially rising costs.

SMART Project’s book “Organizational Effectiveness in a Crisis” is the answer to the problems of entrepreneurs in this difficult time. Our mission, as a consulting firm, is to make managers and business owners aware that their task now is to reassure employees and flexibly adapt the company’s operations to the changes that have occurred. The key here is the word “flexible.” Indeed, the events of recent years have taught us that it is not the largest companies that handle crisis situations best, but the most flexible ones.

We present a collection of substantive industry articles written by SMART Project experts that focus on three important aspects:
