We’re looking for a sales and project management expert, who is open to collaboration on a B2B basis to join the Sales and HR Project Management Team.
In this role, you will achieve sales targets and manage the end-to-end delivery of sold projects.
What will you do
- prospect and close sales of projects and services, including cross-sales of various solutions
- build strong relationships with current and potential clients, enabling the consultative approach to sales
- advise clients and work together with them to find the best solutions relevant to their situation and challenges
- contribute to the development of products and services for the whole company,
- keep product data & materials up to date in an orderly manner
- work together with the delivery team to provide the best possible service and experience to the clients
- improve and scale up sales processes to make them more efficient
What you need to be successful in this role
- experience and results in consultative sales of B2B services, preferably to HR and management teams
- strong relationship-building skills and client-focused mindset
- project management experience with evidence of results
- contemporary ways of working that have an impact on the development of the company
- new-tech literacy to take sales & client service to the next level
- team player with the willingness and ability to contribute to the development of the company
- self-driven and well-organized
- working fluency in English and Polish

- previous experience in designing Learning & Development solutions for leaders or willingness to develop that competence
