Her professional experience has two strands: the first, related to the development of top management and building effective teams, and the second, related to communication, strategy, business development and marketing. As a board member of an international law firm, she managed the HR, marketing, and business development teams. She conducted recruitment for top positions and prepared partners and counsels for promotion, using various diagnostic tools.

She is a coach and team coach with many years of experience – completed Team Coaching LAB at Coachways (methodology based on TCI and ORCS). Her coaching and mentoring competences are confirmed by EMCC accreditation at the Senior Practitioner level.

She is a mentor and mentor trainer. She initiated and introduced a mentoring program at the CMS law firm as early as 2016, designs and introduces mentoring programs in business and social organizations. Trains mentors in Poland, the EMEA region and Baltic countries, and conducts individual and group supervision of mentors. Programs she supports received awards in the Super M competition (EMCC competition for the best mentoring programs in Poland).

Małgorzata is a certified coach of Leadership Circle Profile, Insights Discovery, Gallup Strengths and PRISM BrainMapping and uses these tools when working with individual clients and teams. When working with teams she also uses Patrick Lencioni’s Team Assessment. Is also a certified as a PROSCI/ADKAR change management practitioner. She has participated in many projects introducing changes in organizations, and is particularly interested in the communication and coaching aspects of such processes.

She is a graduate of Psychology for Coaches and training in transactional analysis, transformative presence and non-violent communication, which allows her to work consciously and effectively with various challenges of clients and teams.

In cooperation, she values partnership and deep commitment, she is kind, specific and analytical. She stimulates self-reflection, helps to see different perspectives, recognize one’s own strengths and talents, verify beliefs and common ways of acting.

Małgorzata is a lecturer at the EMBA and Polish MBA at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, in the field of coaching and mentoring tools for leaders. She graduated from the Polish School of Reportage and is a member of the Program Council of the “Pismo” magazine. Is passionate about non-fiction literature, conducts meetings with reporters, and supports the Polish non-fiction community. Is of an opinion that a good reporter and a good coach have a lot in common: both professions require a lot of knowledge, attentiveness and listening skills, avoiding judgments, and imposing one’s opinion.
