In her business and managerial practice, she participated in large acquisition and consolidation processes (Netia SA), supported the organization as an Organization Effectiveness (OE) Consultant, managed a change facilitation team (OE Team) and currently designs change support processes for business clients,providing them with knowledge and practical experience in the area of: supporting managers and teams during mergers and acquisitions, building teams after changes, implementing a new organizational culture.
She effectively implemented change projects for our clients – designing and delivering dedicated activities for managers and teams, as well as developing the competences of managers and employees in managing themselves and others in change.
Is an expert the implementation of development programs. Has many years of experience as an internal consultant cooperating with management staff at various levels of the organization (N-1, N-2, N-3, team and project leaders). Supports managers and teams in increasing their effectiveness, taking into account human emotions, relationships and motivations, as well as their potential resulting from strengths and talents.
She is a trainer of managerial skills and leadership behaviours. When implementing processes, she combines her coaching approach with training elements. With her extremely positive energy in the training room, he can engage participants in an interesting way – both in stationary and online workshops. She also has experience as an academic lecturer – she conducted original workshops at the Poznań University of Economics as part of the “Managerial Coaching” courses.
