Joanna is experienced in managing projects related to employee development and engagement, as well as restructuring processes.
For over 6 years, she has been coordinating and co-developing coaching, mentoring, and talent development programs, as well as workshops focused on leadership, organizational change, and employee potential management. She works with diagnostic tools such as CliftonStrengths, 360° feedback, as well as custom-designed surveys and interviews. She supports development processes both in terms of content and operational logistics, collaborating with trainers, coaches, senior consultants, and business clients.
Her previous professional experience includes 7 years of working as a labor market consultant, where she supported individuals affected by restructuring programs in planning their future careers and navigating the job market. She has experience with Assessment and Development Center projects, where she served as an assessor and subject-matter consultant.
Since 2024, she has been developing her coaching skills as part of the Experience Coaching program, where she is gaining practical knowledge and skills in conducting coaching processes, developmental communication, and leadership. Currently pursuing ICF ACC accreditation.
Works in both Polish and English.
